    As a Talent Manager for the VTuber production you will be responsible for the overall management of affiliated talents. Your actions as a manager directly impact the results of the talents making it a role filled with responsibility and satisfaction. We welcome applications from individuals who can not only promote talents but also act as mentors supporting talents in their selfrealization journey.

    Specific Job Responsibilities:

    • Management of affiliated talents (schedules goals motivation)
    • Tasks related to individual talent channels
    • Progress management of various projects internal and external coordination/negotiation
    • Handling administrative tasks related to rights and other matters

    In addition to the above tasks there is an opportunity to be involved in organizational development and business development as part of the new business division.

    Under the Department Manager there are 12 team members. In line with the further expansion of our business we are planning to hire one person for this position. The team structure is as follows:

    • Producer: 2 members
    • Director: 4 members
    • Engineer: 1 member
    • Designer: 1 member
    • Talent Manager: 3 members (This position is newly open for recruitment!)
    • Video Editor: 1 member

Minimum Requirements




VTuber

  • English here
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Experience in driving multiple tasks in a multifaceted manner involving many people
    • Proactive approach to problemsolving for stakeholders
    • Strong interest in the VTuber industry

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Chiyodaku Tokyo

  • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
  • There will be no relocation.

Annual Salary:JPY

  • Based on experience ability and previous work experience
    • Pay raise opportunity once a year (April)
    • Bonuses twice a year (June December)
      • Standard 1 month/time (varies depending on length of employment and evaluation)

Hours: 11:00 19:00 (1 hour break included)

  • Flexible Time System applies to the VTuber Team.
  • Core Time: 12:00 16:00 (Break time: 60 minutes)
  • More than 120 days off per year
