Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your job responsibilities will include
Equity broking operation
Client account activation on different systems
Reconciling of data on system and documents
Updating static data changes on different systems
Reconciling trades on daily basis
Reconciling trade obligations on daily basis
Reconciling security holding with custodian
Reconciling payable / receivables from Exchange
Demat charges billing and other reconciliations

Professionalism Should have indepth knowledge of all functions and displays not only required skillset but also ethics and integrity while conducting the job the focus is on PROFESSIONALISM
Cooperation One must ensure completion of all tasks at hand and simultaneously extends support to team members and displays joint ownership towards achieving business objectives the focus is on TEAMWORK
Communication/Feedback Should believe in providing feedback to other associates and receiving feedbacks to enhance performance thereby meeting business objectives the focus is on OPEN COMMUNICATION
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Graduate / Post graduate
12 years post qualification experience in finance and accounting will be preferred
Understanding of the key compliance risks in any financial services organization.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferable)
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical process and presentation skills.
Should have basic knowledge of financial sector.
Should be open to travel around the city.
Self motivated with ability to perform under limited supervision at a demanding pace
