Technician- NE ONLY

Job Title: Technician Tank support

Work Location: Elkhorn NE 68022

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Working Hours: 7AM 3:30PM Monday Friday

*New hires will complete medical surveillance check (including vision hearing physical dexterity etc.)* May require gowning and PAPR respirator.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Analytical scientific and mechanical trouble shooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Strict attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Be reliable and on time.

Desired:

• Basic knowledge / understanding of aseptic process techniques and applicable quality standards to support sterile operations.
• Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Basic awareness of quality improvement tools.

Responsibilities:

• Clean prepare and sterilize glassware carboys and small equipment.
• Complete decontamination of lab waste.
• Ensures quality product by knowing and maintaining company and departmental standards and procedure.
• Perform operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Documentation practices must be performed in a concurrent legible and consistent basis.
• Sanitization or sterilization of designated areas and equipment requiring work with cleaners and attention to small details while cleaning.
• Ensure all assigned equipment and components are staged for assigned operation.
• Must be able to work in a fastpaced team environment and be able to also complete assigned tasks independently.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
