Job description
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Bank’s Commercial strategy and vision by collaborating with the business areas and members of the wider Commercial team to deliver valueformoney through effective supplier and contract management and supporting the business develop longterm Commercial strategies. This role is aligned across the business areas; Corporate Facilities Management and Technology.

This role is responsible for:

• Contract and delivery management of contracts and suppliers within the commercial landscape
• Supporting Commercial Delivery Managers and the Commercial Delivery Lead
• Commercial administration to ensure thorough audit trails
• Helping improve established supplier relationship management practices
• Acting as a key point of knowledge for colleagues outside of Commercial
• Acting as a point of contact for the data captured as part of the Commercial Delivery function for instance consumption of spend against managed Frameworks.
• Reporting Commercial progress across the division

Manage payment processes by raising and receipting POs tracking invoices and liaising with Finance.
Secretariat for the category’s Commercial Working Group
Produce reports which can be understood by a variety of stakeholders
Track dependencies Change Requests and Statements of Work
Liaising with the business areas to manage the gathering of data to improve the visibility of contract and supplier management activities

Knowledge Skills and Experience required

Technical capabilities:
Strong analytical capabilities and excellent knowledge of Excel and notably creating userfriendly spreadsheets
Experience of eprocurement systems from a S2C C2P or CLM point of view
Understanding of Commercial administrative tools e.g. DocuSign D&B

Behavioural capabilities:
Demonstrable excellent organisational planning and time management skills
Demonstrable ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Selfmotivation with the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
