Chief Financial Officer
Santa Maria CA $62 $70/hour Direct PartTime OnSite Nonprofit
ABOUT THE ROLE
Santa Mariabased nonprofit client is seeking a parttime CFO to take on managing the accounting department of the organization. This is a fully onsite opportunity with flexible hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Santa Mariabased nonprofit client is seeking a parttime CFO to take on managing the accounting department of the organization. This is a fully onsite opportunity with flexible hours.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Prepare and present financial reports as needed
- Oversee and manage the accounting department of the organization ensuring accuracy
- Assist in the creation of the yearly budgets and accurately track KPIs
- Oversee the FP&A efforts of the organization as needed
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5 years of combined public accounting and private/public company experience not for profit experience a plus
- Prior experience in management required
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of GAAP and financial statements
- Strong management organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work with individuals from all levels of an organization
- Possess welldeveloped interpersonal and communication verbal and written skills
- Adherence to the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
