Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Experiment & Develop: Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring reproducible research and efficient software delivery.
- Collaborate: Work within a cross-functional team, promoting diverse ideas and mentoring colleagues globally.
- Deliver: Translate complex business problems into well-defined projects with urgency and accountability.
- Innovate: Explore new technologies and foster innovative solutions for real-world challenges.
- Inspire: Proactively communicate work, articulating ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, and promote AI adoption enterprise-wide.
Your background:
- PhD or Master's with equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4-5 years building NLP/IR/ML systems from concept to production.
- Proficiency in prototyping with strong software engineering ss.
- Leadership experience in translating complex problems into scoped projects and guiding team efforts.
- Ability to translate cutting-edge research into prototypes, experimenting with novel models for practical applications.
- Experience in agile environments managing uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and data-driven collaboration with Product and Business Stakeholders.
