VP Product Management early stage start-up experience required

We are seeking a 100% remote Vice President of Product Management to spearhead our product strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. In this pivotal role you will lead a dynamic team shaping product vision strategy and execution to secure market leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an earlystage startup environment.
  
• Bachelor s degree in business marketing engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
• 810 years of product management experience with a successful track record.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Expertise in product development processes and methodologies.
  
• Experience in B2B technology software or SaaS industries.
  
• Demonstrated success in product innovation and driving revenue growth.
  
• Prior experience with Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface between business P&L owners and the product development team.
  
• Drive the product vision strategy and execution to achieve market dominance.
  
• Ensure alignment and support for product management methodologies within leadership.
  
• Define and oversee internal and external product roadmaps.
  
• Develop and implement processes for managing customer feedback and prioritizing needs.
  
• Establish project planning methodologies for efficient product commercialization.
  
• Prepare Csuite and boardlevel presentation materials on product strategy.
  
• Create external communications detailing product strategy and value.
  
• Collaborate with P&L owners to develop business cases for product initiatives.
  
• Oversee product commercialization planning and gotomarket strategies.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers supporting their needs.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify current and future needs.
  
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize product performance.
  
• Lead and delegate activities related to product management and commercialization.
