Player Support Ukrainian and Russian Speakers

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They areseeking to onboard aPlayer Support to join their teams in Lisbon and to support aclient who isthe #1 in online marketing.

Position:Player Support (Ukrainian and Russian Speakers)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Fulltime

Schedule:40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additionallunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday toSunday from 07:00 to 18:00.

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer advice by telephone email and chat;

Help customers with payment issues;

Support for using gaming products installing andsynchronizing software and devices;Effective assistance and advice when purchasinggaming products.

As Player Support for gaming you will provideprofessional technical support service toConsoles Account Management Issues inUkrainian Russian and English both oral andwritten.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native UkrainianC1C2 levelof Russian language and B2 English both oral and written
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic teamfocused and structuredenvironment
