Civil Engineer -

The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning and design, project budgeting, and supporting the management of the civil engineering aspect of Agility Logistics Parks’ (ALP) projects.

Your Responsibilities

Planning and design including the preparation and review of design documents for new construction or renovation projects.

Designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Conducting site assessments, performing hydraulic analyses, designing road alignments and stormwater collection systems, and coordinating with utility providers, all with a commitment to delivering sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Assess potential construction sites, check existing structures for upgrades, and analyze survey reports, maps, drawings and other data to plan projects.

Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages and risk analysis.

Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.

Create drawings and schematics of projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Compile and submit permit applications to local and state agencies verifying that projects comply with various regulations.
