Hoola is changing how brands interact with their customers disrupting how two of the largest industries in commerce work (support marketing).

We empower eCommerce brands to build AI Agents that fully automate service conversations while generating new marketing opportunities in the process.

Our unique position stands on two core beliefs:

1. Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support marketing will disappear leading to a new single category of tools powered by AI.
2. Support data is normally lost until now. Hoola scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays preferences etc) by the same AI agents.

Tasks

Lets face it theres a ton to do:

• Youll drive your own portfolio of clients to success. Run onboardings and meetings with new clients. Own a portfolio of clients to remain successful
• Youll become an AI and Marketing Expert. Design plan and evaluate WhatsApp marketing strategies for clients. Be an expert on AI prompting for clients
• Youll be at the forefront of our growth. Prepare and iterate guides that clients will use to implement successful strategies and campaigns

Requirements

Above all we hire for drive talent and determination.

However our Talent Advisor told us to also include the boring list:

• You are currently in your BSc or MSc studies
• You are a native or bilingual Spanish speaker and you have proficient level of English. In this role you will be working with tons of Spanish speaking customers.
• You have outstanding and structured communication skills. To put it simple you can explain complex topics in simple words.
• You are a great listener as good as you are communicting or even better
• You are able to keep customers engaged and excited.
• You are very curious and want to develop your business accumen. You can connect the dots between our customers challenges to find great solutions.
