Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Offer specialized knowledge and legal counsel on intricate trading contracts involving diverse clientele such as banks, funds, infrastructure, and real estate enterprises.
- Organize and formalize transactions within the Markets domain, spanning both new and elished products.
- Advise on the regulatory landscape pertinent to financial services, ensuring adherence and implementing changes regarding derivatives.
- Provide guidance, doentation, and istance on overarching legal matters concerning derivative operations and regulatory duties within Markets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external law firms
