Job Description
- Work closely with Project Manager, System/Software Architect, and Firmware Engineers to define test strategy for IoT smart products and end-to-end systems
- Explore firmware test tools and set up a conducive test environment for the project
- Develop and execute firmware tests while creating test cases and defining acceptance criteria
- Design automated firmware test scripts for in-house testing projects
- Manage outsourced firmware testing through partners while being accountable for final firmware test suite to the Quality & Project Manager
- Define and adapt firmware testing processes as part of the overall product lifecycle
- Drive the maturation and validation of the test strategy and plan
- Prepare in-house test doentation and reports as part of the delivery
