We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will assist in planning organizing and executing various events ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in event planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the event planning team to conceptualize and execute events from start to finish
  • Assist in preparing event proposals budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and oversee vendor relationships
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection transportation and accommodation
  • Track event expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Handle event registrations and communications with attendees
  • Provide onsite event support including setup registration and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management hospitality marketing or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
