Position Title Physical Therapist

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.
  
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical conditions to determine therapy needs.
  
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans exercises and home care strategies.
  
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including progress notes and treatment reports.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients goals.
  
• Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patients functional abilities.
  

Requirements

• Valid Illinois license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  
• Masters degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles techniques and interventions.
  
• Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse physical disabilities in educational or pediatric settings.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues students and families.
