Join our team as a dedicated School Physical Therapists! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to deliver highquality physical therapy services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients physical conditions developing personalized treatment plans and providing effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical conditions to determine therapy needs.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans exercises and home care strategies.
- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including progress notes and treatment reports.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients goals.
- Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patients functional abilities.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Masters degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles techniques and interventions.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse physical disabilities in educational or pediatric settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues students and families.
