Job Description
We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals through comprehensive physical therapy care. Our team is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to deliver highquality physical therapy services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients physical conditions developing personalized treatment plans and providing effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength and overall wellbeing
Duties Include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Monitor students progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Educate students families and school staff regarding strategies for promoting independence mobility and overall physical wellbeing.
Requirements
CPR certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
Commitment to providing compassionate patientcentered care.
Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensures or eligibility for licensures as a Physical Therapist.
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
Experience working in various settings such as outpatient inpatient home health or schools is preferred.
