Physical Therapist - Home Care - Macedonia OH

This is a parttime Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within homebased settings in the Macedonia OH area. All billed as Medicare Part B. Were looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 22.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required which includes 3 weekdays of availability. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population doing 100% house calls.

Here are the logistics of the position:

1. Home Care Geriatrics.

2. MondayFriday. No weekends or holidays.

3. Parttime. (No PRN).

4. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

5. Must be available to work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.

6. This is a stafflevel position focused on direct patient care.
