Physical Therapist - Home Care - Canton OH

This is a fulltime or parttime Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within homebased settings in the Canton OH area. All billed as Medicare Part B. Were looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 22.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required which includes 3 weekdays of availability. Fulltime is also available. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.

Here are the logistics of the position:

1. Salary range starting at $80000 per year based on experience.

2. Home Care Geriatrics.

3. MondayFriday. No weekends or holidays.

4. Fulltime (if open to doing house calls) Parttime. (No PRN)

5. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

6. Ultimate schedule flexibility. Work when you want for as many patients as you want to see. (Typically the minimum is 12 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability per week.)

7. This is a stafflevel position focused on direct patient care.
