General Manager Monitoring Evaluation

A critical role in evaluating the effectiveness model of an Educational NGO providing key insights for improvement and disseminating research findings internally and externally. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in impact evaluation project management data interpretation data visualization reporting and research findings dissemination.

Role Specifications:

• Impact Evaluation Strategy: Expert in designing and overseeing the impact evaluation strategy accelerated digital learning program in collaboration with the Sindh government and other digital deployments in Pakistan Bangladesh and Malawi.

• Project Monitoring Dashboard: Proficient in managing and continually iterating on the project monitoring dashboard to track key project metrics performance indicators and outcomes.

• Independent Impact Evaluation: Collaborates effectively with thirdparty researchers and institutions to conduct an independent and rigorous impact evaluation of the program ensuring unbiased and credible assessment.

• Liaison with Operations Team: Maintains regular communication and collaboration with the operations team to align data collection and project activities with monitoring and evaluation goals.

• Reporting and Communication: Skilled in preparing and delivering reports to internal and external stakeholders including donors government partners and the senior leadership.

• Capacity Building: Proficient in developing and implementing capacitybuilding initiatives to enhance the monitoring and evaluation skills of the organizations team members.

Skills Requirements:

• Demonstrates expertise in research methodologies data analysis and qualitative research techniques.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex evaluation projects.
• Experience in building and managing partnerships with research institutions and external collaborators.
• Excellent data interpretation reporting and communication skills both written and verbal to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Working understanding of data analysis software statistical tools and data visualization techniques.

Education Requirements:

• Masters degree in Education Social Sciences Public Policy or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Brings a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in impact evaluation monitoring and evaluation. Candidates with relevant experience in a leadership role will be preferred.
