About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workfront Administrator with Fusion expertise to join our team. This role will focus on the administration configuration and optimization of Workfront systems with a specific emphasis on Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing Workfront environments integrating various applications using Workfront Fusion and supporting endusers to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workfront Administration: Oversee and manage the daytoday administration of the Workfront platform including user management security settings customizations and workflow configurations.
- Fusion Integration: Develop and manage integrations using Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with other enterprise systems and tools ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor evaluate and improve Workfront configurations and processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- User Support and Training: Provide support to Workfront users including troubleshooting issues offering training sessions and creating documentation to help users navigate and utilize the system effectively.
- Project Management: Assist in managing Workfrontrelated projects including system upgrades new feature implementations and custom report creation.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity within Workfront by establishing and maintaining data governance practices conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT project management and business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Workfront Administrator with a strong focus on Workfront Fusion.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and administering Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Experience with scripting languages and APIs for integrations is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Workfront Administrator and/or Fusion certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience: Prior experience in remote work environments and familiarity with PST time zone work schedules.
- Tools: Experience with other project management and productivity tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Slack).
