Fedtec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to lead medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. The successful candidate will be performing the modernization of legacy application to Low Code solutions over public cloud using Agile methodologies. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible to perform tasks including but not limited to: story boarding backlog grooming develop business requirements and work with customer throughout the process. The candidate must be able to work independently and conduct Business Analysts tasks in coordination with the development team. We will provide training for Pega Business Architect certification.

Client: U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)

• Shall have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Deisign with prototyping applications.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Security or a related discipline.
• Current Scrum Master or PMIACP certifications
• Experience with Agile projects and Scrum project methodology.
• Proficiency with Jira software requirements management and software testing.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Proof of certifications is required.
• Shall have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design with prototyping applications
• Shall have a minimum of three (3) year experience in building business process models writing acceptance criteria and designing user interfaces for a production system.
• Proven expertise in business process and system analysis design improvement and implementation efforts and in translating cyber security business process needs into technical requirements
• Strong logical reasoning and problemsolving skills including ability to pivot and respond to and integrate information from various source
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to interact professional with a diverse range of team members
• Ability to absorb and synthesize information from various outlets and develop a cohesive and nuanced communications for ultimate presentation for the client
• Strong Executive presence
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Experience in Confluence JIRA and Angular Storybooks
