Job Purpose:
Responsible to lead a Team of min 8 Advisors for Broking and InHouse Distribution Products i.e.
TGS/EDUMO/IAP/Value Pack only.

Key Deliverables:
Daily Business Driving
Training and Nurturing Team to achieve Business Targets
Bank Branch Trainings for Mapped Territories Digital/In Person by Travel (Based on the requirements)
Required Business Initiatives to achieve Monthly Targets.
