Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:
Need Business Analyst with some visualization experience about 1015% visualization experience not the main focus
Business Process improvement experience with various ERPs (scheduling) who can visualize issues and looking for help develop a business case for overall process overhaul

Team:
Team is part of the Central group which does capacity planning for 100s of facilities
Facilities have different systems to build products (i.e. tractor needs 100s of suppliers use multiple systems to order all the different parts)
The systems are interconnected so they may order a component from a supplier when they actually build that component at different CAT facility
They are trying to stitch together these ERP systems but there is a 10% error rate in stitching and they need to get that error rate to essentially 0%
Looking to create an internal process with guidance to start fixing issues will be creating a visual business case to present to high up mgmt. of the process they would like to put in place by the end of the year
Will be looking at policing facilities in material planning very high profile this team will be depending on the data gathered from these roles
Team would be working on individual facilities(splitting the 100 facilities) around 25 each to help develop story of redefining how they mange these ERP systems

Looking for:
Good communication skills
Some visualization experience but not really a developer
Someone who has a knack for business process process improvement
Bachelors degree required no particular field
Not looking for coding specialist or someone who develops queries
Someone who has exp working with big corporate data
Experience MRP and ERP (enterprise resource planning)
At least 3 years of exp. bare min
