TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. The client below is a home appliance manufacturing company and the worlds second largest appliance maker. It produces a variety of products intended for home consumers.
Position: Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Charlotte NC 28262
Duration: 4 Months
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
SUMMARY
- This position provides support to the Sales Operations team.
- Individual is responsible for item setup maintaining operational duties for our Contract team and supporting other customers as time permits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- On time and accurate item setup for all NA customers in their individual platforms
- POC for the Contract field team for escalation resolution
- Resolution of customer alerts and returns receiving in customer systems
- All other responsibilities as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Excel PIM systems and SAP preferred
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Unquestionable business ethics and integrity
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly motivated/ Driven/ Proactive approach to business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adjust/react quickly to changes and changing priorities
Education
- Must have HS/GED
- Must have excel experience preference for expert knowledge
- Must have customer service experience and conformable handling customer escalations via email
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
