Business Systems Analyst (Payer Contracting and Pull)

Location Remote is OK. However if they are local in South SFO CA that is better.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst focusing on Payer contracting and Pullthrough. In this role you will analyze and optimize our Payer pullthrough tools and strategies and effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills strategic thinking abilities handson experience with UX/UI and excellent data analytical skills. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to Payer Pull through

Analyze and evaluate current Payer Pull Through processes and tools identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Payer pullthrough across the commercial enterprise

Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the Payer Pull through landscape

Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals

Utilize handson experience with UX/UI to contribute to the design and development of userfriendly tools and systems

Perform data analysis to identify patterns trends and insights related to Payer contracting and Pull Through

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Payer contracting Access and Pull Through

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with a focus on Payer contracting and Pull Through in the Healthcare industry

Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact with crossfunctional teams

Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving innovative solutions

Handson experience with UX/UI with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences and userfriendly tools/systems

Excellent data analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models as well as payer pullthrough strategies

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Experience with Veeva CRM is a plus
