Here at Ribble Court we provide highquality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors with a personcentred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.

As Head Housekeeper at our home your role may involve:

• Provide a clean and beautifully presented environment for our residents
• Ordering stock and stock control
• Ensure cleaning and laundry supplies are kept up to date and stored safely
• Prepare and maintain rotas
• Ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to and effective infection control is maintained at all times
• Working flexibly between the Home’s domestic and laundry departments if required

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.

What are we looking for

Applicants should be strong teamplayers with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work. Furthermore postholders must be able to demonstrate previous experience of undertaking cleaning and laundry gained either in work or domestic environments. Experience in a similar role is essential.
