Our automotive client based in Gothenburg is seeking an Infotainment Software Test Engineer to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for verifying parts of the Infotainment systems within the Enabling Platform Verification (EPV) Department Feature Verification Team. The team focuses on verification at the domain subsystem and vehicle levels for Infotainment Motion and ADAS. They ensure that tested and reported software is integrated effectively.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Participate in executing verification plans within the EPV area.
Carry out daily test activities within the Infotainment test team.
Execute endtoend (E2E) testing.
Report test progress to the Test Leader and the System Team for validation in the Infotainment verification area and project team. Identify and escalate verification risks to management.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and encourage colleagues to implement enhancements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience in automotive and infotainment embedded systems development.
Relevant experience in infotainment test and verification.
Technical skills in measurement and requirement systems.
Indepth knowledge of requirementbased testing; familiarity with the System Weaver tool is an advantage.
Expertise in creating and executing test cases.
Experience with agile testing methods is an advantage.
Understanding of ASPICE and ISO26262 is an advantage.
Valid drivers license (Category B).
