Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Alwayswithour people the merchants and our consumers at the heart of everything we do.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role
As the Operations Director Sweden you will lead and inspire our operations in Sweden encompassing strategic development performance management best practices and processes. Through your leadership youll ensure that daily operations run efficiently and with exceptional quality fostering a cohesive and highperforming team.

In this role your tasks will include but are not limited to:

Leading teams through regional managers and site managers within 30 terminals and hubs.

Ensuring the efficiency and quality of merchant pickup linehaul lastmile delivery routing and courier engagement.

Managing a fleet of 250 vehicles.

Overseeing the operations team of around 600 people

Manage and develop Customer service and Merchant support

Developing processes for essential functions and adapting overall guidelines for Sweden often in collaboration with Product and Tech.

Holding budget responsibility for all operational costs in the Swedish market.

Collaborating closely with other functions including commercial product/tech and global business units for home & box product offerings.

About you
We believe you are analytical businesssavvy confident pragmatic and driven by a large amount of grit and determination. You have a burning desire to improve the ecommerce industry and combine your solid personal traits with a strong will to lead and inspire. Thriving in a complex growth environment you possess excellent cooperation skills and are highly adaptable capable of switching between longterm strategic initiatives and rapid actions as needed.

Qualifications
A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Engineering)

Early career experience with 23 years in management consulting or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience in an operations leadership role particularly in a bluecollar environment with 50 staff.

Experience in a fastpaced industry and/or tech company.

Datadriven and analytical.

Detailoriented and highly organized.

Passionate about coaching people and providing excellent service.

Good commercial understanding and high work capacityable to get things done.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
