Job Title: Cloud Operations SME

Location: Preference is Dallas TX but open to Charlotte NC and Phoenix AZ

Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 6 months

1. Top 3 requirements:
   1. Needs to be an expert in PCF Tanzu TKGI and Azure
   2. 15 years experience
   3. Cloud SME

1. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

Be a SME over the whole group that can work with all the teams know what teams needs what when issues come up they work horizontally to solve problems how to solve the problem and in the future how to resolution it faster

Help with technical solutions and practices put in right practices and solutions

Dallas area is preferred but any core location is acceptable. CLT is an option as well.
o Catalyst role in improving operations practices migrating to new practices with cleanup & simplification
o Defining process and improving adoption on best practices
o Facilitating thoroughly on incident management calls to help Private cloud and public cloud operations teams.
o Technical contribution Operational readiness review/assessment deliverables
o Validation operations activities and fixing the deviations/exceptions
