Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Accountant to manage accounting processes at our Cuero manufacturing facility. This includes tracking reconciling analyzing and reporting inventory and plant activities and supporting the integration of new manufacturing verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up records for new vendors customers inventory items and general ledger accounts.
  
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process manufacturing projects.
  
• Manage inventory reporting and reconciliation.
  
• Approve and oversee shop floor inventory adjustments.
  
• Capture and report Purchase Price Variances (PPV).
  
• Assist with ERP system implementation and physical inventories.
  
• Develop weekly Inventory KPI and Labor tracking reports.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting.
  
• 2 years of accounting experience.
  
• Strong Excel skills.
  
• General accounting and reconciliation experience.
  
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mentality.
  
• Experience with ERP systems (Magica & Yardi) is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
