Le poste et ses d fis


Relevant du vicepr sident des ressources humaines et travaillant comme g n raliste dans les diff rents champs d activit s tels que les relations de travail le d veloppement du leadership op rationnel la planification de la maind uvre la gestion de la performance ainsi que le conseil strat gique ressources humaines le directeur des ressources humaines aura comme r le et principales responsabilit s :

  • Agir comme personneressource afin d optimiser la qualit du support offert aux gestionnaires de l entreprise et maintenir l orientation strat gique des interventions;
  • Voir l application des conventions collectives participer aux n gociations et supporter les gestionnaires dans le maintien de bonnes relations de travail;
  • D velopper et assurer la mise en uvre de politiques et proc dures ressources humaines efficaces et conformes aux lois du travail;
  • Piloter des mandats dacquisition de talents de postes cl s et contribuer l volution des pratiques en mati re de dotation comprenant l utilisation des meilleurs outils de recherche les tests les entrevues lembauche et lint gration;
  • Veiller au respect des exigences des r glementations relatives au maintien de l quit salariale et de la loi du 1%;
  • Analyser et faire les recommandations pour que le programme de gestion de la performance permette aux gestionnaires d avoir un outil les aidant atteindre leurs objectifs dans le processus d valuation et en assurer la coordination;
  • Agir titre d agent de changement afin d accompagner l entreprise dans les diff rentes transformations organisationnelles;
  • Participer aux activit s quotidiennes du d partement ainsi qu diff rents mandats et projets RH.


Habilet s et comp tences pour exceller dans le r le / profil recherch


  • Formation universitaire en administration gestion des ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles;
  • 7 10 ans dexp rience dans un poste en ressources humaines;
  • Capacit d offrir un serviceconseil aux gestionnaires connaissance des relations de travail de lacquisition de talents de la strat gie de r mun ration de la gestion du rendement et capacit dappliquer cette information dune mani re conforme aux lois pertinentes en mati re demploi;
  • Ma trise des langues fran aise et anglaise tant l oral qu l crit;
  • Disponibilit pour des d placements d affaires occasionnels.

The position and its challenges


Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and working as a generalist in different areas such as labor relations operational leadership development workforce planning performance management as well as strategic human resources consulting the Director of Human Resources will have the following role and main responsibilities:


  • Act as the resource to optimize the quality of support offered to company management and to maintain the strategic orientation of interventions.
  • See to the following of collective agreements participate in negotiations and support managers in maintaining good working relations.
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of effective human resources policies and procedures that comply with labor laws.
  • Lead talent acquisition mandates for key positions and contribute to the evolution of staffing practices including the use of the best search tools testing interviews hiring and integration.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of regulations relating to the maintenance of pay equity and the law of the 1 percent.
  • Analyze and make recommendations in performance management to allow managers to have tools to help them achieve their objectives in the evaluation process and ensure coordination.
  • Act as an agent of change to support the company in various organizational transformations.
  • Participate in the daily activities of the department as well as various HR mandates and projects.


Skills and Competencies


  • University education in administration human resources management or industrial relations.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a human resources position.
  • Provide advisory / consulting services to managers have knowledge of labor relations talent acquisition compensation strategy performance management and to apply this information in a manner consistent with relevant employment laws.
  • Mastery of the French and English languages verbal and written.
  • Available for occasional business trips.
