EasyCare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Service Manager to join our team at a partner dealership group specializing in domestic brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service departments operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. This position is potentially based in central or eastern Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department including scheduling workflow and staff management.
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  
• Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Train mentor and motivate service staff to achieve performance targets.
  
• Oversee the maintenance of service records inventory and equipment.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and industry regulations.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  
• Indepth knowledge of automotive service processes and best practices.
  
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  
• Proficiency in automotive software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology or management is a plus.
