- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders including Clevel executives decisionmakers and endusers.
- Understand clients business objectives challenges and priorities and identify opportunities to upsell crosssell and expand our product offerings within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics discuss upcoming projects and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing product development and customer success to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization providing feedback on product enhancements feature requests and customer satisfaction levels.
- Track sales activities manage pipelines and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in account management or sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software or technologyrelated industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate terms and conditions effectively.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
