Patient Demographics: All ages
for Peds it is mostly ENT: tubes & tonsils
Surgical Cases per day: Ave. of 46
Physicians in Practice: 12 Anesth
CRNA in Practice: 1
Procedures:
General surgical adults & peds; No neonatal.
Minor Nerve blocks IV regional anesthesia spinal epidural OB
Neuro is basic bread & butter with 95% spine.
Thoracic & Vascular (some thoracoscopy maybe ab fistula but no aorta surgeries & no complicated vascular or complex orthopedic)
Trauma Level: III
No. of ORs: 9
EMR: Cerner
Other Info: Will NOT supervise CRNAs
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active IA License or IMLC (LOQ needed)
BC
NRP
ACLS
COVID vaccination proof
Local/Drivein (strongly preferred)
Must be available to cover all or majority of the dates
