IT Infrastructure Admin

We are looking for an IT Infra Admin to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements specifications costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation. and maintenance of our company s computing needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management Knowledge Networking Sever Management Microsoft Azure End User Computing.

All security related questions are handled and involve other teams as necessary to meet the desired result. Our objective is to check improve & guarantee the quality of security administration

Manage and govern contracts and SOPs IT Policies Responsible for Firewall Management Intrusion Management Antivirus Patch Management Security Management.

Responsible for designing specifying configuring installing and maintaining LAN/WAN hardware software and telecommunications equipment.

Work closely with other staff as needed to achieve needed IT administration and support.

Test and install software upgrades and new hardware.

Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with the established processes and procedures.

Submit and track tickets tasks changes; provide advice guidance and direction to solution architects and custom

Requirements:

Proven working experience as an IT Admin or relevant experience

Excellent knowledge of technical management information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

Expertise in data center management and data governance

Handson experience with computer networks network administration and network installation

Ability to manage personnel

BE/BTech (CS/ Electronics/ Electrical) or Diploma or MCA / Masters in IT Field

Experience in working with ISO security standard is mostly preferable

Work experience preferably in a startup environment

Overall Support: Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders with regards to support and maintenance incidents. Work closely with internalteams, clients, and their vendorsto Be part ofscheduled and preventive maintenance plans. Prepare internal and client response communication (email, chat etc.) templates. Keeping a record of client's quires. Provide Technical Support to Client: Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues with software installation and application, identify sources of the problem and offer solutions. Work closely with the development team to get the issues fixed. Assist with Software Design and Development: Keep involved in the creation of new software and work closely with software development teams to identify and resolve potential issues in the development stage. Analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions throughout the development phase to avoid issues in the final product. Create Technical Documents and Manuals: Create & Updating self-help documents so client can try to fix problems themselves.
