BAU Stream Lead

Role:
For this role we are looking for a Delivery Lead that will take on the responsibility as BAU (Business as usual) Stream Lead for one area (Order Customer Product) of our Brands new ecom platform. The solution is a headless ecom platform using the latest and best in class technologies build and managed by multiple internal product teams cross the organization and external partners.

• Work together with the Brand Product Teams supporting and guiding them with technical expertise in the specific area of the work stream
• Be responsible for coordination of teams in the work stream project managing external partners and ensuring alignment towards Business Tech teams and other work streams
• Lead the decommission of the legacy ecom platform as one of the first assignments

We believe that you are an experienced leader and are used to navigating and taking charge in environments with many stakeholders internal as well as external. You are a handson leader that has demonstrated ability to create detailed plans documentation and the alignment needed to steer and guide the teams and partners involved. You have previously worked in projects managing ecom solutions and have an endtoend understanding. You have the ability and understanding to individually take technical discussions and take informed decisions.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience of complex ecommerce eco systems
• Experience of leading/project managing multiple teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with extensive Project management and/or Leading role within operations
• Previous experience working in a product driven organisation
• Extensive technical knowledge
