Sadeem Technology is a company based in Jeddah that focuses on building smart safe sustainable cities. Our patented technology utilizes wireless sensing systems to monitor air pollution traffic and flooding. By using solarpowered sensor networks machine learningbased software and visualization platforms we provide critical geographic information system (GIS) data and alerts to help governments and city planners prepare for natural disasters and effectively respond to emergencies. Our objective is to develop apps that protect the public and efficiently coordinate emergency response during floods.

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Success Manager at Sadeem Technology in Jeddah. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the following:

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Analyzing customer data retaining customers building relationships and providing excellent customer service.

The role will involve actively engaging with customers identifying their needs and working collaboratively to address them.

Establish clear client retention goals.

Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

Promote value through customer experience.

Promote the value of the product.

Serve as daytoday contact for assigned accounts building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity highlighting best practices and documenting both.

Collaborate problemsolve and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.

Work with sales teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills

Analytical Skills and Customer Service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and analyze customer data

Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

Experience in the technology or environmental sectors is a plus
