Contracts Administrator for the Green Riyadh project you will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the contract lifecycle ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.


Your new role whats involved
  • Assist in the preparation review and administration of contracts ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to finalize contract terms and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance with contractual obligations milestones and deliverables. Maintain detailed records of contractrelated documents correspondence and amendments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors addressing inquiries resolving issues and facilitating communication between parties. Track vendor performance and escalate any concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate contract changes and modifications including amendments extensions and variations. Ensure that changes are properly documented approved and communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Generate reports and prepare analysis on contract performance expenditures and key metrics. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on contract status risks and opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate contractual liabilities.


Wed love to hear from you if you have:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / QS or Equivalent
  • Proven experience 10 years in contract administration procurement or a similar role preferably in the construction infrastructure or environmental sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of contract law procurement principles and contract administration best practices.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred.
