As a Technical Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals throughout their job search process by providing comprehensive guidance training and coaching to help them successfully secure placements in Germany.
Tasks
Candidate Support and Coaching:
- Guide candidates in understanding job market trends crafting effective resumes and customizing cover letters to enhance their application quality.
- Provide personalized guidance and coaching on interview preparation techniques including conducting mock interviews and delivering constructive feedback.
- Mentor candidates to develop and refine their professional skills including communication networking and personal branding.
- Conduct tailored training sessions both individual and group to equip candidates with effective job search strategies leveraging online platforms and professional networking.
Application Assistance:
- Assist candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities aligned with their skills experience and career aspirations.
- Offer support in tailoring resumes and cover letters to match specific job requirements and effectively showcase qualifications.
- Review candidate applications ensuring clarity relevance and professionalism and provide constructive feedback.
- Advise candidates on the effective utilization of online application portals and navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles and guide candidates in leveraging LinkedIn for job applications.
Networking and Employer Engagement:
- Foster relationships with potential employers HR professionals and industry contacts to expand job opportunities for candidates.
- Represent the firm at networking events career fairs and industry conferences to promote services and establish valuable connections.
- Collaborate closely with employers to understand their hiring needs job criteria and company culture to better support candidates.
- Advocate for candidates by recommending suitable matches to employers and facilitating introductions or referrals.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions including application progress coaching sessions and outcomes.
- Ensure confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations in managing candidate information.
- Generate regular reports on candidate progress job placements and training activities to monitor performance and assess the impact of recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical recruitment or relevant tech experience required.
- Familiarity with job search strategies resume writing and interview preparation techniques.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance for professional improvement.
- Passion for supporting individuals in their career development and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide guidance to candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate records and documentation.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms for candidate support.
- Fluency in English.
