Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Vancouver BC

Department: Marketing

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of various marketing initiatives contribute to the development of marketing materials and assist in the coordination of marketing events and campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaign Support:

    • Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with team members and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  2. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends target audiences and competitive analysis.
    • Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Prepare reports presentations and spreadsheets as required by the marketing team.
  4. Event Coordination:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of company events trade shows and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate logistics manage event schedules and handle eventrelated communications.
  5. Digital Marketing:

    • Assist in managing social media accounts and executing social media strategies.
    • Monitor and report on website and social media analytics.
  6. Customer Interaction:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other platforms.
    • Ensure consistent and professional communication with customers and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g. CRM systems social media platforms Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
