Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Communication Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our communication initiatives ensuring effective internal and external communications. This role requires excellent writing skills creativity and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Help manage and monitor social media accounts creating engaging content responding to inquiries and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Media Relations: Maintain media contact lists assist in coordinating media outreach efforts and help prepare media kits and press materials.
  • Internal Communications: Support the development and dissemination of internal communications such as company announcements newsletters and updates.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing communicationrelated events including press conferences webinars and internal meetings.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitive analysis and media opportunities to inform communication strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the communications team including scheduling meetings maintaining communication calendars and organizing digital files.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram) and social media management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
