Overview: We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads developing customer relationships and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills a customeroriented approach and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling networking and market research.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.

Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
- Ensure timely followup with customers to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

Market Research:
- Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the management on market conditions and customer preferences.

Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role preferably in industry specific to your company.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
