Job Description
Responsibilities of the CNC miller
- Programming setting and operating CNC milling machine using
- Programming with Haas controller (G and M codes)
- directly on the panel
- or with Cad/Cam Fusion 360 or Esprit
- dxf or step file delivered by engineering department
- Siemens 828D or 840D
- directly on the panel
- shopmill
- Programming with Haas controller (G and M codes)
- tool management
- working in steel cast iron bronze and stainless steel
- tolerances 001
- measurements of the parts using calipers micrometers quality control
- small series and also single parts are made on CNC machines
- reading technical drawings
- maintenance on the milling machine
