Qualification: Degree / Diploma Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: Min. 810 Years

Age Criteria: Max. up to 45 Years

Location: Ananad Gujarat

Salary: Upto 8.00 Lacs P/A

Industry Preferred : Cable Manufacturing Company

Job Description :

1. CAPA action against all NCR raised by QA on in process stage and its action plan.

2. Technical review of New Order or Export Orders.

3. Check the production record of the section for ISO compliances.

4. Attain customer complaints and bridging communication between Management and the Customers.

5. Internal ISO Audit and facilitation for the main Audit.

6. To generate MIS Report such as Daily production report Daily excel production report meter wise and operator wise Analysis & objective data Blockage stock Production stock Paper stock Tooling cost & Consumption cost.

7. Production Operations & Cost Effectiveness

Skill Required :

1. Preferred Software Knowledge: MS Office Microsoft ERP

2. Machinery Handled: Extrusion Process 4Hi & 2Hi Rolling Machine Up caster Copper Rod

3. Products Handled: Copper / Aluminium Wires

4. Other Specific Requirement: Six Sigma Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
