Job Description
- Configure, maintain, and administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Evaluate and manage Atlassian add-ons to align with team and business requirements.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to streamline processes, leveraging Jira Workflows and custom fields.
- Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and internal tools.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and new hires, ensuring proficiency in JIRA.
- Research and implement innovative approaches to maximize Jira and Confluence usage.
- Ensure prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence, coordinating with other admins and Atlassian premier support.
