A degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Law or related field. Proven experience in developing HR policies, preferably for gGmBH. Extensive knowledge of German labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. Prior experience as a consultant, particularly in the German market. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
