Senior SAP CO Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CO including exposure to SAP S/4HANA and FIORI. This role requires expertise in multiple SAP CO modules and the ability to lead fullcycle implementations in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be a problemsolver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a culturally diversified environment.

Requirements

Min 10 years of relevant SAP CO experience

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA & FIORI is desirable

At least 2 full cycle SAP CO implementation in manufacturing project

Experience in redefining Global Chart of Accounts

Experience in Cost Centre Accounting Profit Centre Accounting COPA (Profitability Analysis) Product Costing

Experience in Actual Costing is desirable

Good understanding of integration with other core modules e.g. Sales PP MM

Able to discuss the functionality features benefits and impact of Management Accounting CO

Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills

Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate

change requests and prototype activities.

Ensure compliance to IFRS reporting standards.

Strong communication skills in English to interact with relevant stakeholders

Problemsolving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions

Familiar with project methodology and tools Team player in a culturally diversified environment

Able to work independently and escalate when necessary

Basic knowledge in FI module

Diploma/ bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent, with minimum with 3 years' work experience in systems development under AS400 platform Candidate should have strong technical knowledge in the following areas: AS400 RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL Knowledge of handling Integrated Banking System, preferably with knowledge in Electronic Banking System (EBS) or Credit Card (SICS). Performs impact analysis on new initiative, design and development Supports or delivers development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Delivers business systems enhancements, integration and implementation according to users requirements: reviews technical design Familiar with tools/practices such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology Review SIT test plan & result and support UAT for any assigned projects Responsible in managing technical risks throughout any project Reviews, monitors and manages vendor's deliverable Preferably with at least one full SDLC implementation experience in any project Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results Able to make sound proposal and critical decisions with supervisor's guidance Good communication and negotiation skills Good analytical/investigative skills
