Job Summary:

In your position as a Data Entry Associate the main responsibility is to prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities as instructed by the Team Leader.



Responsibilities:

  • Perform fast and accurate data entry of all information as assigned.
  • Process the documentation received in accordance with the agreed service standards and established policies and procedures.
  • Check verify and correct source documents for accuracy.
  • Update and maintain information on computer systems and archives.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents.
  • Knowledgeable with correct spelling grammar and punctuation.


Secondary/Adhoc Tasks:

  • Perform new projects adhoc tasks and special projects as directed by the Client/Management
  • Assist teammates in other tasks and deliverables
  • Back filler in case of a shortage in manpower on another team/tasks


Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience preferred
  • At least 1year data entry/nonvoice BPO experience
  • Expertise in using MS Excel and MS Word with at least a typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Information collection and management
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • With good communication skills
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 8 PM to 8 AM Manila (Monday PM to Saturday AM Manila)
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati and BGC office as required.
