involves taking responsibility for profit revenue and quality targets.
A key part of the role of Destination Manger will be to produce business performance
reports which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Destination Manager is expected to recruit and manage staff including performance
monitoring and possibly mentoring and training.
The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Destination
Manager Job therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
Monitor the counseling done by the Student Relation Managers to ensure perfect
delivery of information.
Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by each branch and the
company.
Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.
Supervise daytoday activities of the members and ensure customer satisfaction.
Buildup good relationships with students and their families.
Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level.
Immediate reporting of important issues (service operational HR) to direct senior Level
propose solutions where possible.
