Job Description
Engineering firm doing business in Michigan is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer for their growing office!
Responsibilities:
- Lead project team in preparation of project drawings calculations and specification
- Prepare engineering analysis design calculations and reports
- Evaluate land use/zoning requirements
- Prepare permit applications work through agency review processes and obtain approvals
- Site visits during construction phase
- Work as part of team multidiscipline team
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Must be an engineer or designer with experience in land development projects sustainable design utility design and stormwater management design
- 3 years of design experience on land development projects
- Experience with K12 site design preferred
- Familiarity with zoning ordinances/site plan approval processes
- Proficient in Civil 3D and Office 360 products
Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
