Job Description
Our client a major Real Estate firm are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join their Dublin team.
The Role:
- Maintenance of due diligence of our internal portfolio/financial appraisals.
- Provide accurate financial modelling and scenario planning to enable effective decision making.
- Carry out feasibility and sensitivity analysis of potential acquisition opportunities of the business.
- Support business planning and assessment of the private commercial rental and affordable sector.
Requirements
- 23 years experience across property valuation investment analysis or corporate finance.
- Experience in financial modelling with excellent numerical and excel skills.
- Strong understanding of the Irish real estate market
- Good business mindset and commercial judgement.

3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
